It was clean, relaxing, and had a small outdoor area for stargazing while enjoying a soak. The onsen was not too crowded, so I had a peaceful experience. The front-desk staff provided excellent service, despite the language barrier, and even helped me with dinner reservations. The hotel's parking area was conveniently located right in front. I highly recommend this hotel for its enjoyable onsen and attentive service.

We had a great stay at this hotel! the location was convenient with a nearby convenience store and beautiful Shibazakura Pink Moss Park. the room was cozy and provided comfortable bedding, while the bathroom was well-equipped and clean. the breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious options, and the friendly staff added to our enjoyable experience. the onsen was a highlight, with relaxing massage chairs and lovely views in the wide resting area. We also appreciated the vending machines selling hot cocoa and milk.
The temperature in the room was too warm and the air conditioner policy was not adjustable.

Conveniently located near the bus terminal and a convenient store. Hotel facilities include an adequate onsen with a small outdoor area to stargaze while soaking. Front-desk service was commendable, despite a language barrier.
Nothing, all excellent.

The dinner we had was delicious, not too expensive and had a wide variety to choose from. It was also great that the staff could speak English and gave us information about the local area and activities around us.
The hotel itself was quite outdated, the rooms were pretty cramped and the wifi didn't work well throughout our stay. The worst part was that the onsen was super busy and crowded with tour groups, so it was difficult to fully relax and enjoy the experience.

The highlight of our weekend in the city was the wonderful meals we had at the hotel. We enjoyed fresh local ingredients in every dish, especially the sashimi and the crab plates. the hotel's central location allowed us to explore the downtown area and take the local bus to visit nearby attractions easily. We also appreciated the quietness of the room, which helped us get a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.
Although the decor of the hotel room was a bit outdated, it didn't impede our comfort. the breakfast seemed a bit dull compared to the exquisite dinner, and we missed some of the variety and freshness of the seafood that was offered the previous nights.
